Nice to meet you.
Universe Club Ikebukuro BranchRitsuki Yamaori.
I joined the company as a new graduate this year and worked in the information systems department for the past six months, but I have now been assigned to the Ikebukuro branch as a coordinator.
From now on, we would like to support your encounters from the field.
The work of information systems and coordinator are completely different, but the biggest difference I feel right now is,Going from working from home to working in the office.
Until now, I've never really left the house, so when I walk to the station, my legs get sore. Just going to work seems to make me healthier than ever.

What I've felt while working as a staff member of the Universe Club's information systems is that many of the people in the systems department are former coordinators, and there are many systems that consider the field. Also, many of the field staff are knowledgeable about systems, and I felt that simple IT problems were dealt with on-site. (Thanks to that, there were few reports of problems with the information system, which I was grateful for.)
While working in such an environment, I realized that in order to create a better system, it is necessary for the system manager to understand the actual work flow. If the system manager understands the actual work flow, he or she can find exception patterns that the system does not anticipate and eliminate bugs, and I think he or she can make more in-depth proposals.
Also, there were times when each department simply dumped everything on the other department or did not complete the work properly, so I really felt that communication and consideration were important.
As a new coordinator in Ikebukuro, I hope to learn and grow from my seniors and members. I will also use my knowledge and experience as a former information systems employee to create a system that is easy for staff to work in, and do my best to give back to everyone!
