The number of female applications in March was 3, the second highest ever.In addition, the number of new members increased by 2 from last month, and I feel that we have made a good start toward 2094.However, the interview rate has decreased compared to last month, and I think that many people have not taken the first step toward becoming a member.
The number of male applications also reached a record high this year.
However, the number of admissions did not change much, and both the interview rate and the admission rate fell.
As for the cause, I think that it took a lot of time from the application to the interview for men to join, and it overlapped with the busy season at the end of the fiscal year, so I couldn't take time until the interview.
However, there are cases where the interview is postponed, so please rest assured, ladies.
