In April, the number of male members became the highest this year.
However, the interview rate fell by about 20%, and it is thought that men's willingness to join has decreased.The number of interviews also decreased by about 10% compared to last month.
Looking at these comprehensively, I think that the half-off admission fee point back campaign pushed back for men who were wondering whether to join before last month.
Regarding women, the number of applications, the number of interviews, and the number of admissions all decreased by about 15% from last month.We believe that this is related to the campaign that ended in March.
However, the interview rate and admission rate have increased by about 20% compared to last month, and the rejection rate has remained the same, so many women with high levels and high desire to join have joined.
However, I think that the new campaign that started in April will gradually become more noticeable, so I will do my best to live up to your expectations from May onwards.
