[Resolved] Regarding the LINE Official Account System Issue

Update July 29, 2026, 11:00 AM: This issue has been resolved.

 

As of 5:00 PM on July 28, 2026, a system failure is occurring with the LINE official account.
Currently, our staff are unable to view LINE messages sent by members after 16:30.

Impact range:
- We are unable to view LINE messages sent by male and female members.
Even if you have sent us an inquiry or message, there is a possibility that our staff may not have seen it yet.

We are currently working towards restoration.
We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause our members, and we ask for your patience while we work to restore service.
