Universe Lounge Closing Notice

Thank you for your continued patronage of the Universe Group.

It is with sincere regret that we announce the closing of Universe Lounge Ginza.
The lounge officially ceased operations on Friday, December 26.

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all our members for their loyal support since our opening.
Thank you truly for the many years of patronage.

However, we regret to acknowledge that we were unable to fully meet the needs of our members, and as a result, it became difficult for us to continue operating.
For this reason, we have decided not to renew the lease and to close the lounge permanently.

We sincerely apologize for having to inform you in this manner and for any inconvenience this may cause.

We deeply apologize for being unable to continue providing a level of service that fully satisfied our valued members.
Our staff will be reaching out to you individually with further details.

As we approach the closing date, we will be arranging several farewell events throughout December, and we would be truly grateful if you would join us and make use of the lounge until the very end.
