Membership Terms and Conditions: Notice of changes to transportation fee rules

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of the Universe Club.
We would also like to thank the male members who recently participated in the discussion meeting regarding the changes to the transportation fee rules.

We have reviewed our transportation fee policy to provide even better opportunities for encounters, and the following changes will take effect from April 2025, 4.
The changes reflect the opinions we received at the recent opinion exchange meeting.

The new transportation fee rules are:In principle, the transportation fee will be 10,000 yen.
However,There may be exceptional cases where it is 5,000 yen, but basically it is 10,000 yenYou will be required to settle the following amount.

Background of the rule change and reasons for the revision

1. Impact on female members’ registration and interviews
Due to the possibility of transportation costs being as high as 5,000 yen, an increase in female members declining to register or attend interviews.

2. Comparison with other Dating Clubs and Matching Apps
Compared to the market rates of competing clubs, the transportation fee was perceived as less attractive, raising concerns that some female members might choose to join other clubs.

3. Analysis of Survey Results
After analyzing a dating survey from female members, we found that 80% of people gave a low rating to a 5,000 yen date, and only 6.67% of cases led to a second date.

4. In line with the current situation
Many male members are actually paying 10,000 yen in transportation fees.

From the above, we were able to see that the existing rule was leading to missed opportunities and encounters.

Initially, we considered a fixed 10,000 yen fee, but after receiving the following concerns from male members:

• Without a fee range, women might accept dates just to earn the 10,000 yen.
• Offering 10,000 yen when 5,000 yen is possible could raise women’s expectations.

We have decided to change the rules accordingly to be 'in principle' rather than fixed.

Special exception for travel expenses of 5,000 yen

If the following conditions are met, transportation expenses can be reduced to 5,000 yen as an exception.

Lateness
・Being more than 20 minutes late (including cases with prior notice)
・Being more than 10 minutes late without notice

Leaving a Date Early
・Leaving unilaterally after less than 30 minutes for tea or under an hour for a meal.

Problematic Behaviour
・Abusive language, violence, drunkenness, etc.

*The 5,000 yen discount does not apply to cases where the woman has refused to engage in adult dating. Thank you for your understanding.
