The people I've met could speak some Japanese, so I don't know how little you have to speak to be rejected at an interview.
I spoke in English with people whose Japanese proficiency was such that it was easier to communicate in English than in Japanese.
It seems that you can register even with that level of Japanese language ability, and from reading your question, it sounds like it was written by a native speaker, so I don't think your Japanese language ability will be a problem.

The Universe Club has an international division, so there are female foreign members, some of whom can barely speak Japanese.

Of course there is the language barrier, but I think there are men who are attracted to a non-Japanese appearance or a personality that doesn't flatter. I've offered a few women roles, and there was one that lasted several years.

Also, the language barrier is actually not that big. Daily conversation can be made up of just a few "sa shi su se so" responses lol (search it up if you don't know). Of course, language skills are important when you want to get to know each other better, but in most cases, people continue dating without having such deep conversations. So in reality, it's not really a problem.

So, although there are some disadvantages, it's nothing to worry about. Select the international quota and let's go to the interview!

There are foreign female members, so as others have said, I think you'll have no problem registering.
I think whether or not you receive an offer will depend on whether your profile is attractive or not.

Even people who have stated that they can only speak Japanese to a certain extent, such as greetings, have rated the language at 5 stars, so I don't think it's a problem.
