On the official Universe Club application page, tap "Apply via LINE."
Please scan the QR code using an app that can read QR codes.
Tap "Log in with LINE app" at the bottom of the page.
Once you select the branch you wish to interview at, the available interview times will be displayed. Once you enter your email address, your reservation is complete.

Fill out the form and tap "Submit Web Reservation"
